Steve Beverly
President/Broker

Prior to opening his own Real Estate Firm, Steve spent over twenty years in Commercial Real Estate, eighteen years with PM Realty Group (PMRG) and over two years with Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS). Both companies were rated in the top five nationally. With PM Realty Group, Steve was Senior Vice President responsible for the Eastern Region with properties in Washington D.C south to Miami, Florida. When Steve joined Transwestern Commercial Services, he was responsible for developing the Property Management Team for the Southeast Region. During the time Steve spent with PMRG and later with TCS his Portfolio ranged from 3mm to 9mm square feet

Steve has represented such Institutional clients as Prudential, Met Life, Jupiter Realty, GE Capital, Merrill Lynch Hubbard, and State Teachers Retirement Fund of Ohio. Steve has also completed over 500,000 square feet of new and renewal lease transactions. In 1997 Steve was the selling Broker of a 136,000 square foot Building located in Midtown Atlanta, Georgia which he has been leasing and managing since 1993. Steve has also been the Broker on numerous Retail Sales and Transactions.

Jennifer Beverly
Vice President/CFO

Jennifer manages 1800 Peachtree Street, The Macquarium Building as well as being the support person for our Jefferson, Georgia TEAM. Jennifer’s responsibilities include the day to day operations of an eight storey Office Building as well as creating and sending out all Building information to the Atlanta Brokerage community; with Jennifer’s spare time she creates and sends out Marketing packages for the residential and Land TEAMS. Jennifer’s People skills and positive attitude make her the perfect person to deal with 35+ different tenant’s daily as well as supporting our Jefferson TEAM.

Jennifer’s busy schedule does not end when she goes home besides being my wife, Jennifer is the mother of triplets, 2 boys and one girl; Bella, Bryce and Gabe.

Debbie is a life long resident of Jackson County where she has spent her entire Real Estate career representing clients in Jackson, Hall, Gwinnett, Banks and other surrounding counties.

Debbie has done an outstanding job of implementing new customer service guide lines for our TEAM members not only in Jefferson but our Atlanta office as well.

Debbie is also a Registered HUD Agent, Certified REO Specialist, Home Retention Specialist and a Lifetime member of the 85 North Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club with Honors.

Richard joined SEBRES in 2006 with over 30 years experience in residential construction and land development. Langley has been a top producer in all phases of Real Estate that include residential sales, land sales and commercial sales. Richard has been a repeat member of the Million Dollar Club and is an active member of the 1-85 North Board of Realtors.

Richard has earned the very distinguished designation of "Accredited Land Consultant" (ALC) from the Relators Land Institute.
