Richard joined SEBRES in 2006 with over 30

years experience in residential construction

and land development.  Langley has been a top

producer in all phases of Real Estate that include

residential sales, land sales and commercial sales.

Richard has been a repeat member of the Million

Dollard Club and is an active member of the I-85

North Board of Realtors.  

Richard has recently earned the very distinguished

Designation of “Accredited Land Consultant (ALC)”
